Abstrak

Cooperative is an agency that is strategic to be developed in the State of Indonesia. This

is because the principle of kinship to improve the welfare of its members. But on his way

a lot of obstacles encountered, both from members, administrators and government

which became the encourager and mentor can also be an obstacle. Influence of

management who do not have the ability and honesty in carrying out duties also an

issue. Members who lack the awareness of the rights and obligations are also an issue.

Moreover the government is supposed to support, guide and foster cooperation in the

region would sometimes let him, as if unaware. Thus the cooperative as a business entity

that is very strategic, but still the road on his way somewhere.
